I stayed at hyland motel van nuys for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience. the manager, john, was super accommodating and helped with everything I needed. it was a quiet spot with all the basic necessities like air conditioning. Plus, the location is great. it's close to shopping stores and freeway entrances, making it easy to get to universal studios and santa monica pier.

Needs Major Improvements for Comfort

Our stay was certainly uncomfortable. The room had missing amenities and cleanliness issues. A malfunctioning refrigerator leaked everywhere. Traffic noise made it difficult to sleep.
